This policy explains what Exact AI Inc. ("Exact", "we", "us") collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers this website and our waitlist only. Our product will have its own terms and data processing agreement for customers.
What we collect
Waitlist details you give us: your first and last name and work email, and optionally your company name and a rough number of AI seats.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to run and secure the site. We use your IP address to limit repeated sign-up attempts.
Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and the site doesn't set cookies.
How we use it
To contact you about early access, design-partner openings and product updates related to the waitlist.
To understand which kinds of companies are interested in Exact.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
Vercel hosts this website and provides its cookie-free visit statistics.
Airtable stores waitlist sign-ups.
Upstash briefly holds IP addresses and email addresses to limit repeated sign-up attempts and repeat emails, for no more than 10 minutes.
Resend sends our emails.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing team@theexactai.com. Every email we send will also include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we'll honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We elevate artificial intelligence toACTUAL intelligence
Exact lives inside the AI tools you already use. Every correction, decision and approval becomes lasting judgment, so the AI gets better at your work every day instead of starting from zero.
There's no onboarding, setup, or annoying customization; it's like having a wizard cast a spell to make your LLM actually smart!

Guarantees
Pending, rejected or unprocessed items never enter governing context, not even through a summary or search index.
Model confidence never approves anything. Only a recorded user decision does.
A rejection is remembered, so the same source won't keep re-proposing it.
Capture or retrieval failures never block your work, and a failed write never reports success.
Deleting evidence also revokes anything that was built on it.

07 About us
Two founders who've spent their careers teaching judgment and shipping it.
Jordan has spent his career in finance and corporate strategy, teaching people the judgment behind great work. Aaryush has made whole companies AI-native, from deep engineering to the non-technical teams. Exact is where the two meet: capture how good people think, then engineer it to scale.

08 Why we built this
Companies bought AI. They didn't get better work.
Every chat starts cold, and corrections disappear when the window closes. Meanwhile the junior roles where people used to learn good judgment are disappearing fastest.
AI is everywhere, but the benefits it promises are… missing.
Using AI is almost universal. Profiting from it isn't.

09 FAQ
Questions? Here are some answers.
What is an Exact intern?
An AI assistant that works inside the AI tools your team already uses and learns your team's judgment from everyday work: the corrections, decisions and approvals you already make. Each person gets their own, and it gets better at their work every day.
Which AI tools does it work with?
It works today in ChatGPT and Claude, including Codex, Claude Code and Claude Enterprise seats. Gemini is next.
Does it replace the AI tools we already pay for?
No. It works inside them. Keep the seats you have; Exact makes them better at your team's work.
Where is our data stored?
In your personal storage or internal company storage, with one exception: if your company turns on Company Brain, Exact hosts that company-wide view. Exact never trains AI models on your work.
What is Company Brain?
An optional, company-wide view of what every team's AI has learned, so leadership can see what's working and spread best practices across teams. It's off by default, and your company decides whether to turn it on and who can see it. When it's on, Exact hosts only that view; each team's own memory stays in your storage.
Can we see and change what it learned?
Yes. Nothing the intern learns takes effect until a person approves it, and you can edit or retire anything at any time.
Is it secure?
Your data stays in storage you control from day one. We plan to be SOC 2 Compliant by Spring 2027. In the meantime, we offer custom security reviews for design partners.
When can we start?
Our first release is shipping soon, starting with a small group of design partners. Join the waitlist below or by clicking the button in the top right.
